1. Scope of Services

We provide professional electrical installation services for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. The scope, pricing, and timeline of each service will be discussed and agreed upon prior to commencement.

2. Quotations & Pricing

All quotes are based on the information available at the time and are valid for 30 days.
Final pricing may be subject to change if additional work is required due to unforeseen circumstances.
Any changes will be communicated to and approved by the client before proceeding.

3. Appointments & Access

Clients must ensure safe and timely access to the worksite during the agreed appointment window.
Missed or delayed appointments without at least 24 hours’ notice may result in additional call-out charges.
The work area must be free from obstructions and safe to operate in.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may incur interest and/or service suspension.

5. Warranties & Liability

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled work may incur a cancellation fee.
Refunds for incomplete work will be calculated based on the value of services and materials used up to the point of cancellation.
Special-order items are non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials provided by AMPED UP ELECTRIC LIMITED, including documentation, remain the property of the company and may not be reused or copied without written consent.

9. Governing Law
